About Me

A little about my journey, my experience, and the caring approach I bring to working with children.

Working with children is something I have wanted to do for as long as I can remember. I was
only six years old when I decided that I wanted to become a teacher, and that passion has
stayed with me throughout my life.

I’m a qualified teacher with QTS and over 25 years of experience working with children
across early years, primary and SEN settings.

Throughout my career, I have always believed that children learn best when they feel safe,
understood and encouraged. Every child is different, so I take time to get to know their
personality, strengths and individual needs. Whether I am teaching piano, supporting early
learning or providing SEN childcare, my approach is warm, patient and child-centred.

Music has always been an important part of my life. My musical education began in Hungary, where I learned through the Kodály approach, with its emphasis on singing, rhythm, listening and experiencing music. After moving to the UK, I continued developing my knowledge of early music education. These influences are part of the playful and creative way I introduce young children to music.

I also have experience supporting children with additional needs, including autism, ADHD
and social, emotional and behavioural needs.

Above all, I want children to feel comfortable being themselves. I believe that with patience,
encouragement and the right support, every child can develop confidence, new skills and
pride in what they can achieve.

I am First Aid trained and hold an Enhanced DBS registered with the DBS Update Service.
